The subject of this Agreement is to determine the terms and conditions regarding the donation of a certain amount of money by the Donor to the Donee via the online system.
ARTICLE 3 - PROVISIONS
3.1 - Donation Amount:
The donation amount shall be determined by the Donor by selecting the options available on the Donee's website.
3.2 - Donation Methods:
3.2.1 The Donor shall make the donation using the payment method of their choice.
3.2.2 The donation can be made online via credit card/debit card or via bank transfer/EFT/SWIFT through bank accounts.
3.2.3 The Donor may choose any donation method they wish.
3.3 - Donation Conditions:
3.3.1 The Donor acknowledges and declares that they know that the donations made under this Agreement are not subject to the Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers.
3.3.2 The Donor acknowledges and declares that they have no right of withdrawal or revocation regarding the donation made.
3.3.3 The Donor acknowledges and declares that they know that no refund of the donation made can be requested under any circumstances.
ARTICLE 4 - COMPETENT COURT
In the application of this Agreement, the Istanbul Anadolu Courts and Execution Offices shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
ARTICLE 5 - ENFORCEABILITY
This Agreement, consisting of 5 (five) articles, has been read by the Parties and concluded electronically through the Donee's website.
